Born 2/23, in Kingsport, TN. Married to Ed Wirth for 23 years. I have 2 children, 4 stepchildren, 11 grandchildren and soon our first great-grandchild.

I graduated from East Tennessee State University in 1974 with a BS in Medical Technology. Retired from long years of hospital and independent laboratory work.

My family has a strong Methodist background. I joined Oakhurst when we moved here in 1989. I love children, and always enjoy helping at VBS. My best hobby is sewing, especially embroidery work for personalizing our clothing. I also enjoy travel, golf (a little), and especially time with my grandchildren.
